Build Description
This ship allows you to earn credits and collect materials comfortably by transporting tourists between Robigo and Sothis. Passenger missions from the Robigo Mines outpost to the tourist beacon in Sothis and back are reliable sources for Biotech Conductors and Exquisite Focus Crystals, both grade 5 manufactured materials. Search the web for “Robigo Run” to learn more about the details. This Python was built to do just that. Although it could obviously take on similar missions elsewhere, other (larger) ships might be better suited for those.
Named after real-life sea captain Molly Kool. Yes, that’s her real name.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
• Able to make the notorious “Robigo Run” in two jumps
• Doesn’t require a large landing pad, so it can dock at Robigo Mines
• Can boost and manoeuvre well despite the lightweight core modules
• Very kool name
Cons:
• Shieldless and paper-thin: better avoid all confrontations
• No fuel scoop: you have to refuel after every flight
• Built with the Robigo-Sothis route in mind: may not be ideal for passenger missions elsewhere
