Ship Build Purpose

Build Description

The 5th costume of my beloved Krait MkII, the Killer Krait V is an addition to my previous bread and butter AX build, with the introduction of new AX modules such as 3F Stabilizers and OC Enhanced Xeno Scanners. The use of OI Sirius Heatsinks also allows for more escapes when the situation gets heated. In my limited experience with this new build, I have soloed up to a medusa, but haven’t been brave enough to take on a Hydra yet, which although the same as the previous version (upload candidate soon) was able to kill interceptors much faster

Pros and Cons

Pros:
-> Comparable speed to PvP variants
-> Enough Hull to get personal with goids, making it felxible
-> 2km Xeno Scanning Range
-> 5 Guardian shards to quickly dispose of interceptors.
-> Shutdown Field Neutralizer to stay safe against energy surges
Cons:
-> Certain modules have lacking integrity for the sake of speed
-> Low jump range
-> Shards require closer proximity to be effective
-> No shields
-> Doesn’t run very cool because of proximity use
-> No fighter hangar
-> For caustic resistance sake, no standard hull reinforcement, and so lower potential integrity
